Attorney Bio

The senior attorney, Marc Seguinót, is licensed in New Jersey and admitted to practice before the U.S. Immigration Courts, the U.S. Supreme Court, and the Courts of Appeal for Veterans Claims and for the 3rd, 4th, 5th 6th, and 11th Circuits. Mr. Seguinót is a fluent speaker of both Spanish and English.

Immigrant Defender

Mr. Seguinót keeps close relations with his clients at all times, even those already detained by the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). This includes visits to various ICE Detentions centers to consult with detained clients.
